We've kept prices unchanged for a third year. This is our way of thanking our members for supporting the society during a difficult economy; the aim is to give as many copy editors the opportunity to attend.

To register for the conference, download the paper form for registering in person

Because the conference is so close to starting, we encourage you to just walk in and register on ANY OF THE THREE DAYS of the conference. The registration area will be in the Regency foyer on the 2nd floor mezzanine.

Note: ACES membership must be up to date to receive the discount. Members of the Society of News Design (SND) are eligible for the ACES member discount. Memberships may be purchased at time of registration and to receive members' price. ACES reserves the right to change prices before conference and ACES has the final say on membership eligibility and prices. What's included

Participants will receive entrance to each day's sessions based on the length of their attendance, as well as a nametag and the 2010 conference bag, which will be filled with great take-home gifts, a notepad, pencils, a conference program and guides to Philadelphia's Center City area. Three-day registrants will also receive a ticket for Friday's banquet. Handouts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at sessions that provide them. Also, expect fresh copies of area newspapers each day.

What's not included

Our registration costs cover only the conference and do not include hotel, airfare or travel expenses, parking or food outside of the banquet.

Refund policy

ACES will refund any single registration up to 30 days before the conference attendance dates. Special circumstances may persuade ACES to refund registration after this date on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for travel and accommodations will not be provided.

You can use either form to register for the conference and obtain or renew a membership. Both forms are powered by FormSpring and are secure using 128-bit encryption.
